Fysica OÜ processes the data of its clients and contact persons who have expressed a desire to use our services or have previously used our services.
In certain cases, we process personal data that is available from public sources.
Purposes and legal bases for processing client personal data (data)
We process the personal data of voluntary users of our marketing channels and service users and clients (including client representatives) in order to fulfill our contractual obligations as well as to provide potential clients with higher quality service and information.
If Fysica OÜ processes personal data for these purposes, the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in ensuring the correct and higher quality provision of our services.

Fysica OÜ may process the following personal data (including data):

data collected and generated during the performance of the contract – personal identification number, customer preferences regarding Fysica OÜ services and products, feedback on our services, information about the customer’s work, business processes or study habits and preferences.
automatically collected data – data obtained from the user’s web browser, including browser type, device type, communication language, website address from which the user arrived, which content pages were viewed, and the user’s IP address and other traffic data.
user actions in relation to Fysica OÜ emails – including data on which emails and when and how the user opened them.

Fysica OÜ does not process special categories of personal data as the controller.
Sharing of personal data
Fysica OÜ does not transfer customer data outside the European (EU) Economic Area.
Fysica OÜ does not share customer data with third parties except under the conditions listed below. All data is used only for communication and to provide a better product or service.

Debt collection – debt collection service providers, payment default registers.
State supervisory authorities and the Police.
Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund customer data to Unemployment Insurance Fund training consultants.

Fysica OÜ may send customers information about its services, products, newsletters and offers if the customer has provided us with their contact details, but as long as the customer has not requested the termination of the last activities or left the newsletter recipient group.

The secure storage of personal data is the highest security priority of Fysica OÜ. We strive to do everything possible to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure and other unlawful processing. We protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data and ensure access to data in accordance with applicable legislation.

6.2. Retention period – how long do we store personal data?
Fysica OÜ stores personal data only for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. The retention period also depends on the need to respond to data subjects’ requests, resolve problems and comply with legal requirements for document retention.
When we no longer need personal data and the law does not require its retention, we will delete such personal data.
We may continue to use the data in question for statistical purposes, but only in pseudonymized or anonymized form.

The Client has the right to access the Client’s own personal data processed by Fysica OÜ and the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data.
If the Client has any questions about his/her rights or is of the opinion that Fysica OÜ has violated his/her rights when processing his/her personal data, he/she should definitely contact us at info@fysica.ee.
If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from Fysica OÜ, you can opt out of them by following the opt-out instructions in the footer of each marketing communication or by contacting us via our contact page.
Data subject rights
Right to rectification – is the right of the data subject to request that inaccurate personal data relating to him/her be corrected without undue delay.
Right to erasure – is the right of the data subject to request that his/her personal data be erased without undue delay, if certain additional conditions are met.
In certain cases, the data subject has the right to restrict the processing of his/her personal data.
The data subject has the right to access the personal data we store about him or her and to transmit these data to another controller, where technically feasible and where the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.

Where the processing of personal data is based on the data subject’s consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

This Cookie Use and Privacy Policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes or claims arising from the policy will be resolved in Harju County Court.
